Pensacola CHAPTER CAPTAIN
Haley Morrissette is a Masters level social worker. They currently serve as a victims advocate and crisis counselor for their local sexual violence program. Haley also serves as the community service director for Black Women Empower Collective, an organization that seeks to empower the historical backbone of our communities in order to develop, enrich and nurture a healthier world. Haley has been an active grassroots organizer in Pensacola since 2014 and takes an intersectional and womanist approach to advocate for freedom and liberation for all people. To date she is most notable as an active advocate against race, gender and sexuality based violence.
