Caroline Cilek relocated from the Midwest to the Collier County in 2011 and works in local government as a land use planner. Caroline has a B.S. from Bryn Mawr College and a M.S. in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Iowa. She enjoys the parks, beaches, trails, and built amenities of southwest Florida. Caroline takes pride in being involved in her community and the Women’s March movement.  ​

Taylor Hebble


Taylor Hebble is an advertising professional in Collier County with a focus in the medical industry. Heavily involved in the community through nonprofit work and local Chamber of Commerce programs, Taylor shifted her focus to politics during the 2016 election. She's an active volunteer for Planned Parenthood, and considers gender equity, healthcare, and prison reform/felon's rights her keynote issues.

Maya Alfonso Erickson ​


Maya grew up in Connecticut, where she lived until she moved to Naples to further her career in Biomedical Engineering in 2012.  While earning her degree, Maya became passionate about mentoring younger female students in the field, and continues to mentor and promote the benefits of female mentorship at the professional level. In addition, she is an avid supporter of women’s rights and reproductive justice, and focuses her volunteer efforts in this area.  In her free time, Maya enjoys traveling to new destinations with her husband to learn about other cultures.
